Get Googlised

For a one off fee of £97, we will register your business with Google™ Local, this will ensure that when customers search for your service or product in the Google™ search engine, your details will be displayed (in rotation depending on the number of subscribers) on a map pinpointing your location. You can add vouchers or offers to your listing and there's also the ability for customers to submit reviews of your product or service which will further enhance your listing.

We can also provide a more detailed listing and integrate you and your business with up to 10 Google™ tools and features that will generate more traffic, business and efficiencies from your website, charged at a one off fee from £197.

Please note that your listing is with Google™ and subject to their terms of service, we do recommend that your listing is reviewed at least annually to ensure it is current and taking advantage of all the subscribed Google™ products, we can perform this check for a fee of £25.

Click Generator

When you subscribe to this service, we will work with the business owner or designated person to establish the keywords and phrases associated with the business. We will then design and write adverts which will display above and to the right of the organic listings under the heading "Sponsored Links" when your keywords or phrases are searched by a potential customer. We will submit the adverts to you for approval before they "go live" and ensure that when clicked the potential customer is taken to the correct page of your website. There is a one-off fee of £50 to set up your account and to adjust it during the first month. It may take a month to fine tune your account, to adjust the adverts and the keywords or phrases to enhance your position and conversion.

Generally, your position will vary according to your daily/weekly/monthly click budget and the amount bid for that keyword or phrase by you and your competitors. It is however also influenced by the quality of the page your clients are directed to when clicking your advert and the quality of your website overall, with a higher quality score, more relevant adverts and landing pages then the better your position and price paid per click relative to the competition.

We will also generate code to enable Google™ Analytics on your site. The code needs to be inserted into each page of your website (your web master will do this for you) and it will enable the production of detailed analytical information of the activity of visitors to your site. This code will not interfere with the operation or display of your site.

The monthly fee of £197 includes the management of your account and the monitoring of your keywords and phrases, adverts, links, budgets and display periods; the production of monthly reports and adjustments based on that information. The fee includes one hundred pounds worth of clicks, the price of each click depends on the amount bid by you and your competitors, for some services clicks are very cheap, for others the price is higher, we will advise you on the average cost per click and adjust in

consultation with you or your representative. Please note that you only pay when someone clicks on your advert and is taken to your website, there is no charge levied to display your ads to potential customers.

Mega Click

This service works just like Click Generator however, to maximise your exposure we also set up pay per click campaigns with up to 3 alternatives to Google™, these will include LinkedIn, Yahoo, Microsoft and Facebook campaigns and their use is subject to suitability for your business. B2B will work well within LinkedIn whilst personal and emotive services may be better served by a campaign on Facebook.

There is a one-off fee of £75 to set up your accounts and to adjust them during the first month. It may take a month to fine tune your account, to adjust the adverts and the keywords or phrases to enhance your position and conversion.

The monthly fee includes up to one hundred and fifty pounds worth of clicks the price of each click depends on the amount bid by you and your competitors, for some services clicks are very cheap, for others the price is higher, we will advise you on the average cost per click and adjust in consultation with you or your representative. Please note that you only pay when someone clicks on your advert and is taken to your website, there is no charge levied to display your ads to potential customers.

Adjusting your Spend

You are free to increase or decrease your click spend depending on the business your campaign is bringing you up to a maximum of £500 per month.

Payment and Cancellation

These services renew each calendar month following the incept date and advance monthly fees will be collected from your credit or debit card automatically. Payment of your monthly fee indicates that you agree to these terms and conditions. All fees are exclusive of VAT, under normal circumstances, Google™ Adwords PPC is not subject to UK VAT.

We are not automatically responsible if your ads do not display as intended however, we will work with you to address any problems. Please note that at the point of sale, we will advise you if you business is suitable for PPC advertising and if we are prepared to work with your company, we will not enter into any correspondence if we feel your business is not suitable.

In the unlikely event that you wish to cancel your Click Generator or Mega Click Marketing Campaign, we require at least 30 days notice in writing and address your correspondence to our head office.
